Welcome to The Resurrectors (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.TheResurrectors.com (the “Site”), including your participation in the Founding Families Community, purchases of books or merchandise, and any other services or content we provide. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 2. Membership and Community Access

  • By paying a $1 fee, you may join the Founding Families Community, which grants you exclusive benefits, including early access to the Kickstarter campaign and discounted rates on books.

  • Membership benefits, including discounts, are subject to change at our discretion.

  • The $1 membership fee is refundable within 30 days of receipt, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

 

 3. Kickstarter Campaign Participation

  • Founding Families members will receive 48-hour early access to the Kickstarter campaign.

  • During the 30-day campaign, members may purchase any available book format (Digital PDF, Paperback, Hardcover, Collector’s Edition) at the deepest discounted rates.

  • The Collector’s Edition discount is limited to 500 books. We reserve the right to adjust discounts or expand the number of discounted books based on demand.

  • Once the Kickstarter campaign ends, the Founding Families membership fee becomes non-refundable.

 

 4. Purchases and Payments

  • All prices listed on our Site or through the Kickstarter campaign are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to change prices, offers, or product availability at any time.

 5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timelines, costs, and delivery methods will be outlined during checkout or on the Kickstarter campaign page.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

  • Digital products (e.g., PDF editions) will be delivered electronically to the email address you provide.

  • All content on www.TheResurrectors.com, including text, graphics, artwork, logos, and product designs, is owned by The Resurrectors or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

 

 7. User Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.

  • Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others.
